Long before Jon-Paul Venoit became president and CEO of Masonicare, he was a 16-year-old dining services employee working for the company he would run someday. Thirty years later, Venoit stood before the 717 graduates of the School of Health Sciences and delivered a Commencement address inspired by the dedication and commitment to grow the largest not-for-profit senior care company in Connecticut.
