Alice Rosenthal is the Assistant Dean of Experiential Education and Clinical Professor of Law. Alice's primary clinical teaching is the externship courses.

Alice brings her vast experience with legal advocacy to her role, ensuring students have an array of experiential opportunities. Prior to joining Quinnipiac, Alice was a Senior Staff Attorney with the Center for Children's Advocacy, leading the Medical-Legal Partnership Project at Yale New Haven Health. In this role, she represented children and families on legal issues affecting their health and well-being, such as housing, public benefits, healthcare access, disability rights, and education law. Alice spearheaded extensive education opportunities for learners at Yale School of Medicine and Yale Law School both in class and experiential settings. In addition, she was an Adjunct Professor at the Yale School of Medicine and co-authored several articles about her work. Prior to returning to Connecticut, Alice worked in New York City at Advocates for Children of New York, the Center for Court Innovation, and Good Shepherd Services of New York. Alice has always been committed to social justice lawyering and her primary legal expertise has been focused on children and families at the local, state and national levels.

Alice received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School – Newark. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.
