Anne O'Donnell Eisbach
Professor of Psychology
Anne Eisbach is a Professor of Psychology. She earned her Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Stanford University in 2001 and joined the faculty at Quinnipiac University that fall. Professor Eisbach teaches several courses including Child and Adolescent Development, Introduction to Statistics in Psychology, and the Integrative Capstone for Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience Majors. For many years, her research interests focused on children's metacognition, including their understanding of how thinking works. More recently, she is co-leading a small research group to explore the issues of diaper need and period poverty (a lack of adequate supplies of diapers and period supplies, respectively). She enjoys working with students and is currently the faculty advisor to the Psychology Living Learning Community on campus. She has also served in various roles in the Psychology Department including Chair and Associate Chair, Psi Chi faculty advisor, and Freshmen Psychology Advisor.
