Quinnipiac University
Joseph P. Gaspar is a professor of management in the School of Business at Quinnipiac University. He studies deception, ethics, and emotions in negotiations and organizations. His research has been published in highly respected management, psychology, and business ethics journals. Joseph's coauthored paper on ethical conflicts was selected as a finalist for the Business Ethics Quarterly Best Article Award, and his research has been mentioned in media outlets such as The New York Times. Joseph teaches management, negotiation, and business ethics courses in the MBA and MSOL programs in the School of Business. Prior to joining Quinnipiac, Joseph served on the faculty at Rutgers University. Joseph received his BS from Penn State University and PhD (organizational behavior and economics) from Rutgers University.
