Keith Kerr’s teaching is directed to prison education, micro courses, theory, and cultural studies. He is the author of Postmodern Cowboy: C Wright Mills and a 21st Century Sociology, and is the lead author of The Unpublished Writings and Continuing Legacy of David Riesman, amongst other publications.
He directs the Micro Course Initiative (MCI) at QU. MCI develops innovative courses in one-credit formats that deliver skills, knowledge and outside experiences aimed at addressing inequalities and inequities.
