Maura O. Stevenson

Maura O. Stevenson has been a member of the faculty in the department of Biological Sciences at QU since 2011. She currently teaches Anatomy & Physiology I and II, a course she has taught for over 25 years. She currently serves as the academic coordinator for the lecture portion of the course. Dr. Stevenson as previously taught courses in introductory biology, nutrition, and exercise science. She has been named a National Academies Education Fellow in Science and has over the years written and spoken publicly about assessment of student learning. One of her favorite extra-curricular activities is serving as a judge at local science fairs for students of all ages.
