Sujata Gadkar-Wilcox is Associate Professor of Legal Studies at Quinnipiac University, where she teaches Comparative Constitutional Law and Human Rights Law, among other subjects. From 2015-2017, she was a Fulbright-Nehru scholar studying constitutional values in India. She has presented papers and published articles on domestic violence law in India, First Amendment Jurisprudence in the United States, and on issues related to media studies and Critical Race Theory. Prior to coming to Quinnipiac, she engaged with pedagogical issues as the Director of a Non-Profit Legal Education Organization, and worked in litigation.
