Professor Whitney "Trip" Sanders enthusiastically works with Quinnipiac students to start up, level up and sustain a business venture company in the Entrepreneurship Department. As a long-time small business owner from a family of entrepreneurs, Trip leads Introduction to Entrepreneurial Thinking (ENT 210) & Introduction to Business (SB 101) Courses in addition to advising Entrepreneurship & Marketing students. Trip's involvement at Quinnipiac extends beyond the classroom, assisting the Entrepreneurship Club, coordinating the Connecticut Entrepreneurship Foundation Pitch Events where students prepare and pitch to win prizes toward a business launch and skating with students in the intramural hockey league.

Prior to working at Quinnipiac, Professor Sanders was an administrator, instructor, coach and advisor at several independent boarding schools before starting up and running 3 successful networking businesses. He brings a business owner mindset to his classes and helps students develop the necessary real-world skills to thrive in a dynamic business landscape.

Outside of Quinnipiac, Trip enjoys connecting with his former students, potential business ventures, cycling, hiking, camping, golfing, coaching, traveling and spending time with his family, wife Jennifer, sons Jacob and Alex and dog Buddy.
