Graduate Grants

The university offers a limited amount of grant funds each year to help cover a portion of tuition. Grant amounts vary and are not renewable. Students receiving tuition waivers, university-based scholarships or are part-time will not be given priority consideration for the grant. A separate application is required to be considered for these funds. Grant funds are only available for on-campus graduate programs.

Eligibility

The grant is available to full-time, on-campus graduate students who are U.S. citizens and demonstrate high financial need as evaluated by the financial aid office. Candidates wishing to be considered must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) along with the university’s grant application by the prescribed deadlines. In addition, students who are under age 26 or married and under age 24 will need to include their parent’s information on the FAFSA and the grant application to be considered.
