Dombrowski's journey started within the North Branford Public School system. His exceptional interactions with his high school teachers at North Branford High School served as inspiration for him to pursue a career in education.
During his time at Quinnipiac, Dombrowski earned a bachelor’s degree in biology in 2016, and a master’s in teaching.
“Quinnipiac's MAT program gives students incredible field experiences when preparing teacher candidates to take on their own classrooms, he says. The EDL program allows teacher leaders to hone their leadership skills to build positive school cultures,” Dombrowski adds.
“I hope to continue my work in helping adolescents grow into mature, productive members of society,” said Dombrowski. “For my career goals, I would like to eventually move into educational administration in building and/or district leadership,” he adds.
Dombrowski serves as North Branford’s science department head and dean of Students, where he hopes to help adolescents grow into mature productive members of society he says.
Mentorship and gaining experiences through different perspectives is important, Dombrowski explained. “Don’t shy away from asking questions and don’t be afraid to fail. There are many positive influences within the field of education that want to guide and help individuals learn.”
A $500 FAFSA Incentive Grant will be applied to the financial aid offer of admitted first-year students who complete the FAFSA by January 15, 2025.
