“Our student veterans are successful because they put in the time and required hard work, but it’s also very important they have access to Quinnipiac’s support provided by faculty advising, administrative advocacy, on-campus counseling services, local VA health care and timely payment of VA benefits,” said Jason Burke, assistant vice president of student experience and executive director of veteran and military affairs.
“We want our warrior-scholars to concentrate on being students and enjoy their college experience and not be bogged down with administrative burdens,” Burke added. “I am very proud of their successes and honored to be an advocate for their educational mission.”
Each year, Military Times surveys colleges and universities nationwide to evaluate their veteran-focused programs. These survey responses, along with public data sourced from the Department of Education and Department of Veterans Affairs, undergo a rigorous analysis by the Military Times data team to produce a trusted, unbiased ranking.
The complete 2024 rankings are posted on the Military Times website.
A $500 FAFSA Incentive Grant will be applied to the financial aid offer of admitted first-year students who complete the FAFSA by January 15, 2025.
