“It’s an honor to be ranked by Military Times as a ‘Best for Vets’ university,” said Jason Burke, Quinnipiac’s executive director of veteran and military affairs. “Quinnipiac is extremely fortunate to have military veterans from very diverse backgrounds representing all military branches walking our halls. Their diligence, professionalism and mission focus support key indicators that enable our high ranking. In addition, Quinnipiac leadership from faculty and staff members who provide timely support enables our high retention and graduation rates.”

Military Times surveyed hundreds of colleges and universities across the country and used their answers, combined with federal data, to rank schools. The official 2023 rankings are posted on the Military Times website

For over 10 years, Military Times’ “Best for Vets: Colleges” has been a top resource for veterans to help with their education decisions. This year’s rankings now include an individual web page for each school, one that provides detailed information about their programs to help veterans make important decisions about their career planning and how to use the education benefits they earned through military service.
