Hello, Class of 2026! I am one among several Resident Assistants at Quinnipiac. Born and raised in Oman, I'm a rising senior majoring in computer science and minoring in math and finance, from Kerala, India. This coming academic year will be my second year as an RA.

As someone who's only lived on campus all her college life,  I think it was one of my best decisions, and here's why:

  1. Everything is close: Be it the student center, the library, classes, or even events happening on campus, they're all at most a 15-minute walk away.

  2. Lively residence halls: There's always something happening in the residence halls. Keep an eye out for fun events that your RAs will host. There is an opportunity to win something during these programs and it's always a fun time when you hang out with your RA and friends (just ask my residents).

  3. Friends everywhere: The best part about on-campus housing is that everyone in your building is in the same year as you. Everyone shares the same struggles and fears. This helps especially when there's a tough assignment or you need a study buddy for an all-nighter.

I am very excited to welcome you all soon. The Office of Residential Life has all the resources to help you and make your college transition smooth!
