Leadership, in theory and practice
The role of a leader goes far beyond effectively managing a team. At the Quinnipiac University School of Business, our MS in Organizational Leadership program prepares transformational leaders capable of shaping a strong business culture and guiding sustainable, long-term strategies.
The core of this 30-credit program explores the hard and durable skills necessary to lead diverse organizations, including emotional intelligence, leadership communication, adaptive leadership, data analysis, ethics and negotiation. Whether you are a seasoned leader or recently assumed a management position, this unique online program will build on your current skills so that you can better define goals, inspire team members, and increase productivity and work quality.
The program also gives you frequent opportunities to customize your learning objectives so that they align with your professional aspirations. You’ll have the freedom to choose five specialized electives from across the graduate curriculum allowing you to develop and sharpen readily applied skills in business analytics, human resources, healthcare, project management and so forth. Many of these electives offer additional credentialing opportunities, including specific electives that prepare you to sit for the SHRM Certification Exam. Special certifications are also available.
