Jeff McCubbin, PhD

Interim Dean of the School of Health Sciences

The School of Health Sciences at Quinnipiac University exists to develop leaders who will transform the future of healthcare and health sciences. We focus on this because we know that the health and wellness of our communities depends on educated leaders who are adaptable and can anticipate future challenges and opportunities.

For us to meet this goal, effective communication between education and industry is critical to assuring relevant and state-of-the-art programs that prepare future industry leaders. In the context of a global pandemic that has devastated an already strained healthcare workforce, partnerships between academia and industry must be reimagined.

Therefore, the School of Health Sciences at Quinnipiac University has developed an executive leadership council to help align the school’s strategic direction and priorities with the future of health professions and health sciences industries. We have engaged diverse, experienced and visionary professionals across the healthcare and health science industries who are motivated to impact our institution, our communities and beyond.

We couldn’t be more grateful to our executive leadership council members for sharing this journey with us and for lending their time and expertise to our mission to develop leaders who will transform the future of healthcare and the health sciences.
